How to find out if your service is due?

It is important to maintain your service schedule to ensure your vehicle is running at its full potential. Your vehicle may also require more regular services depending on the number of kilometres that you drive. While there are time and kilometre intervals for scheduled services, it is important to service at whichever interval occurs first.

The below table is a guide to the recommended Service & Maintenance schedule for all current generation Toyota vehicles. Prices as at April 2023 and are subject to change.

Maintaining your service schedule ensures your vehicle is running at its full potential. Your vehicle may also require more regular services depending on how many kilometres you drive. While there are specific time and kilometre intervals for scheduled services, it is important to service at whichever interval occurs first. Don't forget, our team are always here to help you determine which service your Toyota needs.

Katie owns a Toyota Yaris Hybrid with a scheduled service interval of every 12 months or 15,000 km - whichever occurs first.

As Katie works from home, her Yaris Hybrid has only travelled 7,000 km in 1 year. She will still need to complete the 1-year service, as the 1-year milestone has been reached before the vehicle has reached 15,000km.

Tim owns a Toyota HiLux with a scheduled service interval of every 6 months or 10,000 km - whichever occurs first.

As Tim travels long distances for work, his HiLux may reach 10,000 km in only 4 months' time. Therefore, he will need to service at the 10,000 km milestone, as this has occured before the vehicle has reached 6 months of age

During Your Service

Drop-Off Process

1. Enter our Dealership

Proceed straight to the undercover service reception driveway. No need to look for parking.

2. Meet Our Team

You will be greeted by our friendly Service Advisor to confirm your contact and booking details. They may also discuss repair costs if applicable and advise you of your approximate pick-up time. 

At this time, you can discuss with our team any additional concerns you may have about your vehicle. 

3. Prepping Your Vehicle

Your vehicle will be fitted with courtesy items including a floor mat and seat cover. 

Please note: In response to COVID-19, extra safety and sanitisation procedures have been implemented. These include wiping of all touch points and protective wraps over the steering wheel, gear shift and hand brake.

4. And We're All Ready!

Your vehicle is now set for our technicians to drive into our workshop for service.

Hire a Loan Car

subject to availability

Loan cars are available for a nominal fee of $55.00 per day. 

Courtesy Shuttle Bus

Can't stay? No problem, get a free ride on us!

This service is available for guests within our local area. Our courtesy bus driver can drop you off and pick you up at the completion of your vehicle's service. Confirm availability when making your service booking or with our service reception on arrival. The shuttle schedule varies daily and is dependent on guest traffic.
